a) Budget

The budget to design the posters would be around £200. The average cost for printing posters is around £45 for 200 posters size 286 x 439 mm - this would be in glossy which would look the best for the design i'm going for but would be too small. If i wanted to go bigger and go for A2 with a premium gloss it would cost £927.48 for 200 copying which is way out of the budget.

c) Relevant legal and ethical issues

Legal issues to consider is copyright, this is very important because it is against the law to use copyright images if they belong to someone else. I got an image from a free shock image website which meant they were available to use because they don't belong to anyone, i used the free image to be a template for my image before i covered it in pop art and then deleted the image underneath it. This means it wasn't a legal issue because it wasn't copyrighted. An example of an ethical issue is that some of the songs on the album could have swear words in which would create a problem for some people if it wasn't advertised for having bad language. This wouldn't be a legal issue because its not against the law to not advertise that the album has bad language but it looks better from the artist if it does because if they're warning people about it because if they play it in the car with a small child they wouldn't of known about the bag language.
